Today is World Egg Day!
I love eggs. Great source of protein, minerals and vitamins! They are also extremely versatile, and are ridiculously easy to cook if you want to make a meal out of them.
There is nothing more satisfying than bursting a runny yolk.
So cheers to eggs. I’d rather you not raw. But I love you all the same.
