Vintaged Bar + Grill are hosting a special event with celebrity chef Adrian Richardson (Good Chef, Bad Chef; Ready Steady Cook, @tastysausage on Twitter) for one night only. The first of the Vintaged Butcher Block dining experience this promises to be an exciting night with Hilton executive chef Jeremy Clark.
“Adrian and I will be plating up a blind menu using primary and secondary cuts of the beef [derived from a full carcass!!] such as fillet, sirloin, rump, flat-iron, flank and rib-eye accompanied by matching Barossa wines from Pepperjack and Saltram Wines supplied by Treasury Wine Estate,” he said.
As well as a four course dinner with matched wines, you’ll be able to learn all about meat preparation and cooking techniques from butcher, Anthony Puharich from Vic’s Premium Quality Meat in Sydney.
