Definitely one of the less stuffy cooking classes I’ve been too.
Not mentioned: the part where I volunteer to crack and separate eggs and I accidentally got egg yolk in the egg white like the chump that I am.
Also, apparently I’m one of those “weirdos” that cracks eggs on an edge as opposed to a flat surface. IT’S SO THAT I CAN CATCH/KEEP THE EGG IN THE SHELL IF IT EXPLODES.
